Mersin Marina AVM'de yer alan restoranın temel konsepti dogal, taze balık, meze çesitleri ve yanında dogal, yöresel ürünlerin, sebze ve meyvelerin sergilenmesi ve satısıdır. Peyzaj tasarımında da bu dogallık vurgulanmıstır. Kullanılan bitkiler; Mersin’in dogal bitki örtüsünde yetisen bitkilerden olusmaktadır.
The restaurant chef mezze is located in Mersin Marina Mall. their concept is selling & displaying natural fresh food&fruit, mezze, local products. With the landscape project, Mersin natural vegetation is being used as plants that emphasized the naturality.
